Right of withdrawal

Since we only offer handmade scented candles and consumables, we cannot grant a right of withdrawal or returns.

No right of return

For hygiene and quality reasons—as well as due to the individual production—returns or exchanges are excluded. This applies in particular to:

• opened or used candles

• Products altered by transport or storage

• custom-made items

By placing your order, you acknowledge and expressly agree to this policy.

Complaints about damage or errors

If your delivery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt. Please include clear photos of the affected items and packaging.

We examine each case individually and find a customer-friendly solution.
