Shipment

1. Delivery area

We only ship to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping to other countries is currently not possible.

 

2. Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled reliably by our logistics partner, Planzer AG. All orders are delivered directly to the delivery address you provide. Pick-up stations or pick-up points are not available.

 

3. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.60 per order.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the volume and weight of the order – this will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

Free shipping is not offered.

 

4. Delivery times

  • Items that are immediately available from stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive at the customer's address approximately 3-4 business days later.

  • Products that are currently out of stock are freshly produced upon order. In this case, delivery times are extended to approximately 3–5 business days.

Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

 

5. Delivery and shipping processing

All items in your order will be shipped together as soon as all products are available.
We do not make partial deliveries. This is how we strive to make shipping resource-efficient and efficient.

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link.

 

6. Transport damage

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If there is any visible damage or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us within 48 hours:
